Last night I backed up Gladiator using Prassi and it worked (and when I say worked, I mean it recorded). I ripped Billy Madison today (which is about 4.3 GB) . I dragged and dropped into prassi, and used the same settings that I used in gladiator. When I went to burn it, it said it was burning the disc, and that it would take about 28 minutes, but it burned only 23.4 megs to the DVD, and then it said that the DVD burned successfully. I've tested it many times, yurned off DMA, and (I have an A03) reinstalled Prassi. When I drag and drop the folders in the bar at the bottom of the screen says that the disc contains 2 objects, 0 folders, 18 files, 4,396.02 MB. I have the Recognize.... box checked. I used Prassi guides, and like I said the Gladiator Discs burned fine. The difference between the Gladiator discs is that they are made up entirely of just the movie with new IFO files built with IFO edit. Billy Madison is an exact copy of the DVD. I appreciate your help, and let me know if you need more info.

VTCHARLEST:

The problem is that you are exceeding the maximun capacity of your DVD media. For 4.7Gb media you have a maximun of 4.37 Gb.
For more information check the notes section of the sofware included with your burner...
