Scenarist SD - UOP not working

Hello,
I am using Scenarist SD v4.0.3.0. I have entered all the UOP restrictions in the PGCs like not allowing a user to press 'stop' during the Main Menu or credits. when I simulate playback on my software in Scenarist SD, Simulation says "User Operation(Stop):Prohibited" which I expect. But when I burn a write-once and press stop in the MM/credits, it stops. I have tested other UOPs and they seem to work.
Does anyone else have this issue? I am missing something?

What has PGCEdit to say about the UOPs ?
What player are you testing on ?
I would suggest a set of various hardware players.
A Main Menu should not be implementable to be stopped anyway.

I see the 'Stop' prohibited (checked) in PGCedit, which is correct.
I am using on Oppo BDP-105D to test the DVD. I will try the disc on other players and I am going to bet it works. It is probably the Oppo.
Agree about the MM, I prohibited most UOPs like 'Pause' and Pause was prohibited by the player so it was strange when I hit Stop and it stopped.

Maybe the OPPO got a jailbreak firmware upgrade ?
