Dropped frames with MPC because of LAV Audio

Hello everybody! :)

I have a problem with Media Player Classic because I have some dropped frames (but MadVR doesn't show them in the stats).

At the beginning, I thought that the problem was with the video decoding, but in fact, I have this problem with the audio when the "Auto A/V Sync correction" option is checked in the LAV Audio settings:

I generally have this big dropped frames when I play a soundtrack like DTS-HD Master Audio or Dolby TrueHD. But it's strange, because my PC is enough powerful (I had no problem with my old laptop of 2013) and I copied my videos on a SSD.

So my questions are:

- What could be the reason of this dropped frames with the "Auto A/V Sync correction" enabled?

- Is it a problem if I keep this option unchecked?

Without this option checked, it's like night and day for the fluidity.

That option should normally don't do anything unless there are gaps in the timestamps.

Best thing you can do is provide a sample file to the developer of LAV (= nevcairiel on this forum). If he can reproduce it then I am sure he will fix it.

I forgot to say that I noticed that there is an issue with the audio part when I switched between the English version of the "Animatrix" movie which is in Dolby TrueHD 5.1, and the French version which is in Dolby Digital 5.1.

With the Dolby Digital there was no problem, even with the "Auto A/V Sync correction" option enabled. It's after that that I tried to disable this option with the TrueHD.
