Are there any limitations to posting here? I've tried to post some code, and it requires a moderators approval.

Sometimes for the first post.
Welcome to the forum. Read the rules.

Are there any limitations to posting here
There is a 16KB post limit in Avisynth Usage forum [and probably most other forums], and 20KB limit in Avisynth Development forum.
Some users use PasteBin for big source files, and PostImage.org for embedded links to images [no account necessary, but advisable],
and many use MediaFire or some other filehost for binaries.

@StainlessS
Thanks for help to the new user.
But is a strange problem related with the first post of a user (after the time waiting, Join Date: 3rd June 2021).
Exactly the same content (only a few characters) than this first post remain pending moderator approval (not visible for standard users) in a forum thread.
I moved the post here to let the original thread without off topics.
I don't know for what happen, and it is not the first time I see that, maybe if any other moderator or admin know what is the problem...

Well, I tried to post even without adding in all the code, and it still said I needed mod approval. That is why I was confused, I even waited the allotted time period. So I thought it might be some limitation on posting on the forums besides the initial wait period.
Perhaps I'll try again without all the code.

Yes, even posting a reply here, it tells me that I need a moderator approval before it can be seen.

Is there any news? I don't see my posts showing up yet. So that means I cannot really post.
