Hi everyone,
I previously used following settings for hi10p, ref=16:subme=11:rellis=2
what HEVC settings do I need to configure to get a good encode by using handbrake? ukuran 4x6 (https://itkoding.com/ukuran-pas-foto-2x3-3x4-4x6/)

some settings are discussed here to keep more fine details.

some recommendations about settings here as well:

tweaking settings always feels a bit like a trade of, it's not that you will get shiny super awesome picture, but all these settings will give you some control to give more bitrate to certain parts, like moving parts, dark areas, details like grain or dither.
The standard Settings are quite fine too, but imo, x265 is a bit blurry, but at the same time can give things a nicely clean and well shaped look too. the blur is usually only visible while looking very close at fine detail and lines.
Overall its about testing a lot and see what you like i guess...
