Avspmod syncing two videos for MUX

Hi everyone,
I have always syncronized the two audio tracks and then I make a Mux but this is old school.
Now I have heard many people using a faster method with Avspmod for compare two videos and synchronize them, then they save and work the audio track.
Can anyone tell me which script to use and how to proceed, please?
I don't find any basic information on this considering that I have to start from scratch so I would need all the steps in detail
I hope someone can help me and not just paste some links also because I have difficulty translating

If that should work, then only with a plugin that fades in the audio as an overlay in the video image.
And then examine the wave form with SplitView. I don't know enough about audio, maybe someone else would know more.
AvsPmod itself cannot reproduce any audio.

With the script I was able to compare the two videos but I don't know how to calculate the frame difference, does anyone have a video guide?
