Something happened and now I get "Delay-load Module Not Found"

AVISynth+ was working fine and then all of a sudden, I get the follow error when opening certain movies:

"Delay-load Module Not Found"

Even with a one line AVISYnth+ script:

DirectShowSource("Filename.mkv")

I am using the latest MPC-HC w MPC Renderer / MadVR)

L-SMASH seems to be working, so it's probably a problem with DirectShowSource. It was working fine, now it's not.

I re-installed AVISYnth+, but the problem is still there.

I faced a similar problem.
DirectShowSource or DSS2 uses LAV Video Decoder to read video. The problem was that I had configured the LAV incorrectly. In the LAV settings I set "Hardware Decoder to use:" to "DXVA2 (copy back)" and this problem was resolved.
