Hello everyone. I'm working on some Super 8 film footage sourced from a NTSC dvd. It's very unlikely that I'll get a retransfer so I'm stuck using this poorly made dvd. So far the biggest issue has been trying to restore the framerate to 18fps.
I've used Srestore on Avisynth to solve this issue on other footage and it works great for the most part, but it isn't the case here. Lots of duplicated frames and the video just looks choppy in general.
Is there a good way to fix it?
I ripped the dvd using Handbrake, it's very small size so I included the entire clip.

Once the framerate is fixed, I intend to interpolate to 23,976 fps for smooth motion and do some color-correction.
Any advice would be appreciated!
