[Film transfer] Another forum?

Hello,
Film transfer is highly related to avisynth.
Some/lots of people here are involved in film transfer.
They help a lot by explaining, sharing.

On my turn, I'd like to share my work related to film transfer.
Until now, I have done it in the Avisynth usage section as it was related to it.

But some subjects are not related to avisynth usage directly.

1.
I don't want to bother, so:
Should I do it on another forum? Or here, but where?
Concerning the projector/camera setup, is it appropriate in the Hardware section?

I'd like to stay here because these people may be interested and I'd like to give back, in case it could be useful.

2.
Should we precise something like [film transfer].... in the titles of new threads related to this subject?

When you open a new thread, you have the oportunity to set a few 'Buzz Words', in the Tags box,
eg "Capture,Film transfer", helps in search.
Does not do any harm to describe the thread, see other thread titles,
[indeed if you title a thread "stuff", you will probably get a bit of a prompt from an admin to give a descriptive name].
