it is the first mainstream compiler that comes with full support for all core language features of C++20, msvc will probably be the next in line, when it completes the final piece of the puzzle (requires expressions).

partially (https://gcc.gnu.org/projects/cxx-status.html#cxx20), msvc has full support for modules.
