Converting 29.970 fps avi to 25 fps SVCD, HOW?

What settings should I use in DVD2SVCD? I have great succes in converting 23.976 fps to 25 fps PAL SVCD using standard settings. But when doing 29.970 to 25 fps, the pitch of the audio is very low, of course due to the great difference in fps. But I've read something about inverse telecine, but need some more knowledge on that...
