The source is interlaced, but there is also blending and it appears that the chroma and luma are sometimes not synched while interlaced:

How do I resolve this in the progressive timespace?

I would guess at a 25 to 29.97fps blend conversion to YUV422P10,
indeed with wrong chroma placement.
v=LWLibavVideoSource("F:\_VID\cadence 1.mov")
a=LWLibavAudioSource("F:\_VID\cadence 1.mov")
AudioDub(v,a)
AssumeTFF().SeparateFields()
Srestore(25.000)
gives an idea, now the chroma..
Source might have been YV12, then upconverted under wrong assumption YV16, then 10bit ?
I would try to resize/shift chroma manually before srestore to see where I land. Later.

100% correct, using a 420 pipeline, deinterlacing and srestore() solved it!
Thanks!
