how come there are no manufacturers bringing a new Blue Ray to the world?
every forum in the world repeats the question What's going on with Blue Ray?
any promises to eARc are worth nothing because manufacturers are deleting DTS
See article here (https://www.flatpanelshd.com/flatforums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=24656)
although there are many new streaming channels, Blue Ray Panasonic or sony do not bring these channels like Apple, sports channels, Disney and more ...
there are new Android-based devices for watching streaming / Blu-ray
but I do not know in what quality?
UHD3000 HIFI 4K UHD Media Play (https://www.zidoo.tv/Product/index/model/UHD3000/target/JslBV16DI5FKKmVViAFMcQ%3D%3D.html)
Dune HD Max Vision 4K (https://www.dune-hd.com/products/dune-hd-max-vision-4k)
there is no serious site that checks their quality

What do you mean by "blue ray"?
discs
players
technology
The physical world is gonna disappear, for this prevents the studios selling many times the same thing. One buys once a disc and watches no matter how many times, he can sell it, inherit it, donate it - "digital rights" are temporary and personal. I have heard more stories on how transmitting these failed rather that on how these succeeded.

I like DVDFab Passkey myself.
I understand MakeMKV also works well and is a free option (currently). :)

Zidoo Realtek 1619 based models are much discussed here: http://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php?forums/hdd-media-player-rtd-1619dr.54/
And for the Dune, however not about the Max Vision 4K but its little brother Pro Vision 4K Solo, I'd keep track on this thread: https://www.avsforum.com/threads/dune-hd-pro-vision-4k-solo.3180599/
Both forums enjoy the presence of knowledgable members.

Because physical media are bought by a technologically conservative segment of the population. Anyone else either uses streaming, or downloads MP4/MKV files, or downloads Blu-Ray ISOs from the internet and plays them using PC software. Sure, there is the occasional person who buys physical Blu-Ray discs to put them next to their vinyl and CD collection, but these people are rare. Indeed, DVD sales have surpassed Blu-Ray sales.
Sony had a chance to combine DVD and Blu-Ray in one disc, as they did with SACD (which was an ordinary CDDA layer that ordinary CD players can read) and sell those things as fancy DVDs, but they didn't. So now Blu-Ray is a niche format.
