Hello Doom9ers...
I'm almost certain that chapterEditor is the tool that I need to join main movie and small slide type videos like anti-piracy warnings, ratings and some other miscelaneous, I just can't make it detect smaller than about one and a half hours lenght features and can't find respective setting or preference.
Would anybody help? A thousand thanks in advance!

cE can only join a movie with different versions but not the extra stuff you mentioned.

Oh, do you mean that cE doesn't detect the order in which and which warnings, ratings, etc. are displayed after user selects the language? Thanks and congratulations about your great tool anyway. :)

I'm not sure what you mean with language selection.
The selection of a language has nothing do to with the order of playing the content.
Also I don't understand what you are want to do.

Please excuse me, I'll rephrase:
I'm trying to rip Life of Pi to MKV keeping the main movie and not removing the smaller clips that correspond to anti-piracy warnings, age ratings, additional credits and so on... Well, but only keeping those which are played when user selects English audio and no subtitles (when the user selects another audio or subtitles the warnings, ratings and special credits are different). There seems I can't find a tool that detects the sequences from the first to the last clips and movie for every country or language selection. I think what I'm looking for is called seamless branching to ordered chapters conversion, so far I've only seen from Editions or Angles to ordered chapters. Thanks again.

For multi Editions or Angels, the seamless branching mechanism is used, and cE can convert it to ordered chapters.
It is possible to preserve the smaller clips but with much manually work.
