It's MIT licensed. Originally, it was written when VB.NET and WinForms were still popular, about 15 years ago.

If you like this type of app, you can also try Wox, Keypirinha, Ueli and PinPoint, they are all Alfred clones, the concept of KeyLauncher is a bit different though.

I will probably do more work in the productivity field, but I'm not sure yet what it will look like.
