Updated FFMpeg for Windows XP?

Where can I find a Windows XP-compatible updated version of FFMpeg?

The XP compatible builds I am aware of are from Sherpya and from Reino. Both support LibFDK if the DLL is downloaded separately and placed in the same folder as FFmpeg.

Reino only makes 32-bit builds, Sherpya also makes 64-bit builds. On my very old P3 Coppermine computer (no SSE2) Sherpya's builds crash when the X264 encoder is called, so I can only use Reino's builds.
