Hi,All!
i use Nokia9600-SCSI Sat-Digital-Receiver to get MPEG2-stream video/audio
Every time i can make SVCD with helping TMPGEnc2.02_programm,
TMPGEnc is very good programm, but i would like to have more better quallity.

There is possibility to do this with Programm like CCE-2.50 or CCE-2.64 to make 2-3GB mpeg2_file to SVCD-2CD.

I think the worse problem will be the fact that CCE can't resize.

The best way to do this is if you have enourmous amounts of space which some of us are furtuanate enough to have.

1. Use vdub and huffyYUV to create an uncompressed lossless avi. Add your filters(resize, noise reduction HQ smart smoother or 2_d cleaner), subtitles, etc) and save the uncompressed avi.
2. input that into CCESP

You can still use tmpeg to do ivtc just save the project and use VFAPI to make an avi, then input THAT into vdub to make the uncompressed avi

DVD2SVCD does that, although I do not know how well in this version. The DVB files have some different "styles", some of them are like MPEG files, some are slightly differen and need a program like "PVAInstrumento" (or something like that) to convert them from .pva to .mpg...

Once they are in .mpg format, they can be open with DVD2AVI and treated just like unencrypted VOBs from a DVD.

As I said, you can do it automatically with DVD2SVCD (ask in the appropriate forum if the support of that option is up to date in last versions) or manually with DVD2AVI and, once you has the audio (in .mpa or .ac3 or .wav) and the video in a .d2v, you can treat everything like a DVD.

yesss!

I have alredy tryid this metod:
pure mpeg2-file!
use TMPGEncpr-programm to save project and then use VFAPI to make an tpr-avi file and then this tpr-avi to CCE-2.50
CCE-2.50 will make .mpv-file, put the mpv-file to MPEG-Tool-TMPGEncpr
to multiplex them with SVCD-mode,that all!

Work fine, very good quallity!!!
