what gives a better performance in a video card ?

is there a difference between NVIDIA 3080 and 6800 AMD video card to madVR ?
is madVR compatible with AMD video cards 6800 ?

they don't exist yet. they should work but no one knows for sure.

You can get all the answers to these (rather silly) questions with Google. Forum rules require you to do your homework.

Many prefer nVidia due to better driver support, tensor cores, DLSS2, better GPU compute API, etc.

and everywhere different answers.

1. your answers are not understood at all
NVIDIA TENSOR CORES (https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/data-center/tensor-cores/) - Article and where is it listed which player has support for it?
It requires new commands that a player does not have on a computer

2. DLSS2 - i have not found a single player that supports this!
Everywhere they wrote to me was meant for games only

2.1 AMD has support for a similar thing supported by Microsoft
and again someone will have to write a driver to support in player

2.2 better GPU compute API, etc - You did not specify anything again
