There is no built-in madVR

Thre is no combination package of MPC-HC or MPC-BE with built in madVR.
madVR is an external Video Renderer.

Just download the zip -> extract it to your desired location and run install.bat as admin, but then don't delete this folder.
Then in MPC-HC or MPC-BE select madVR as Video Renderer. Enjoy video playback and tweak your settings.
