RipBot isn't Working on Distributed Encoding Mode

Hello teams,

Recently i Build New PC With Rzen Threadripper 3970x and Want to use Ripbot, But When i Switched on Distributed Encoding, It's Won't Work,

I Had Tried to Disable Antivirus, Disabled Firewall, But No Luck,
