Convert Vcd to mpg?

Hi, I have 2 Dat vcd files, which I need to trim
cut 1st file from 00:00:32 to 01:06:05
Cut 2nd file from 00:00:02 to 01:03:53
without reencoding, then I want to remove RIFF CDXA header from the files, convert into mpg, and then I want to merge/mux both files into single mpg/mkv container file, how can I do this?

I used to do stuff like this a lot, my preferred tool for this was VCDEasy v. 1.1.5.2 (the last free version). If you cannot find it any more, let me know...
