error about total bitrate

I'm using build 4, with everything Default. Really default. Then when I load the IFO file a message appears: Error: The total bitrate (audio + video = 2786 kbps)is bigger than the max. bitrate specified in the SVCD standard (2723 kbps). I deinstalled the program and re-installed it, but the same message keeps appearing. Upgrade to a newer version?

Hi SOD,

seems you're using two audio streams? If so then make sure audio1 bitrate + audio2 bitrate + video max bitrate <= 2723 kb/sec (2756 in 1.0.7 Build 1). In your case it seems you have two audio streams with 128 kb/sec + 2530 kb/sec for the max bitrate => 128 + 128 + 2530 = 2786 kb/sec - so just lower the max to <= 2467 kb/sec and the message should disappear.
