In the guide for DVD-9 you mentioned the need for creating VOB files for continuity that have 0kb content. Could you please be a little more specific with information on how to do this. I would appreciate it. Great source of information. Thanks.

Well this is just a guess, but usually a file with 0kb content is most easily created by clicking the right mouse button in explorer whilst hovering over some 'empty' (white) space and choosing 'Text Document' from the 'New' submenu. It will allow you to type in a name. Simply enter VTS_XX_X.VOB - replace the Xs with the appropriate numbers.
Thats it...a 0kb vob file.
