Second Title page doesn't work

I have created an AVCHD disc image with 23 videos. I have chosen to display Title pages. Because of the 23 videos, I get 2 Title pages. The first (containing 12 titles) is working fine, I can see the selection graphic block moving from video to video and can select a title to see it, however when I jump to the second page (either right arrow key or > button), the second page is displayed but I can't do anything except selecting the main menu to exit from this second page.
Has anyone experienced the same issue ?
