Emails for web.de are not working for account activation

I changed my email a few weeks ago and was waiting for the activation email. It never came. I used an email from web.de. Now I switched to gmail and I'm back in business. So it looks like web.de is blacklisted, as they aren't blocking any emails from this site. This should be posted as a warning when someone is registering.

Also, as long as the account isn't activated, you can't use the "Contact Us". You are pretty much locked out of the forum and you can't contact a moderator/admin for assistance.

A similar thing happened to me when I changed e-mail address. (It wasn't web.de though.) I had to message a user who posts on another forum, and he contacted the staff, who let me back in.

I think the emailer is simply borked. I tried to change my password but never got an email to reset it. That's probably why the notification system also doesn't work.

Agreed. I didn't receive an e-mail either, and I did check my spam folder.

Who can I contact regarding the problem with not getting the confirmation email when changing your email address? I'm trying to help another forum member who's currently locked out because of this. Thanks.
