Does AviSynth have this same deinterlacer?

FieldDeinterlace which comes included with Decomb (http://avisynth.nl/index.php/Decomb).
Virtual Dub also has the ELA deinterlacer, which I use often.

Does AviSynth have this deinterlacer? TDeint (http://avisynth.nl/index.php/TDeint) has an ELA mode.
