How to treat "Shinobi (2005)" extras?

I wonder, can someone help me with the filter and parameters I should set with this MPEG2 source video-clip from Bluray? d2v & m2v files here,

I tried TFM().TDecimate()
but it, like setting no filter, leaves some interlace-similar lines.

Setting,
QTGMC()
SelectEven()
looks quite good, but it is not correct to my knowledge, since setting SeparateFields() (without setting a deinterlacing-filter!) for the source-video doesn't result in movement in every sequential frame where there should be movement.

EDIT: Although that script had some aliasing-looking frames, where QTGMC looked better, although you don't have to whole video, so it's difficult to test that without it. Should I upload a sample of that part of the video, to make it easier for you to decide what script to do?
