Are any of the 32bit descaling functions imported to avisynth 64bit?

Hello i have a native 720p source which has been upscaled using bicubic kernal. I tried to use Debicubic but it isn't compatible with 64bit avisynth is there any other way to do this?

You can use MPPipeline to run x86 plugins in x64 Avisynth ;)
