This tool allows to see partially encoding videos with divx4 and divx3. It generate a video and with the option -a it could generate a video with sound.
I have searched in software page about it and I haven't found it this is why I put this notice here.

I didn't know how to see a partially downloaded movie or currently encoding to see quality.
Sorry if this was well known for all but I think it could be interesting or at least useful.
