why do some remuxes have DTS-MA when disc didnt

but the original file from the disc didnt have a DTS-MA track. how are they creating the DTS-MA track?

How did you do the re-muxing? Who is "they"?

They probably have access to DTS:X Encoder Suite or SurCode.

you will see essentially a whole disc rip then a remux with dolby truehd and dts-ma.

but the original rip no dts? are they creating the dts track from the truehd one?
