A DVD-Video muxed interlace and not interlaced problem

Sorry about my poor English and I can't describe the whole problem well.
Actually I want to ask about a DVD video, some parts are not interlaced, most of the pictures contain interlaced, after I use qtgmc to deinterlace,

the part without interlaced appear small interlaced.I've tried to cancel the soucematch preset, but then the subtitles will overlap a little and lose some details.
Is there any way to solve this problem？

DVDs are by definition interlaced (except fall-back VCD compatibility). There is no non-interlaced DVD. And definitely no now-interlaced, then-progressive DVDs.

Your problem is that you will never find the best algorithm to de-interlace them.

Telecined film? If so, don't deinterlace, but IVTC (Inverse telecine) instead.

Plenty of anime NTSC DVDs contain a mixture of soft and hard telecine. It may appear to be a mix of progressive and interlaced material, depending on what he's using to examine the frames. Perhaps the best thing he can do is to provide a short 10-second sample cut from the DVD and not reencoded. He can use DGIndex for the purpose.
