I'm using DVD2SVCD from very little time, have encoded 2 movies and some short lenght movies.
I noticed that the first 3 seconds are removed from every movies.
Then i use bbMpeg manually to muxing video, audio and subtitles nothing is removed but subtitles are out of synch while the one without the first 3 seconds have subtitles perfectly in synch.
Someone know what can i do for DVD2SVCD to not remove the 3 seconds or where can i change something so subtitles are in synch if i mux video and audio manually ?

I'm using DVD2SVCD 1.0.7 build 1 with Tmpg 2.52
tryed older version with Tmpg 2.51 but same problem.
Try encoding using 2passVBR, CQ and CBR but same problem.

Any suggestions ?

Thx.

in dvd2svcd take a look at the bbmpeg-tab. you'll notice a line "movie offset seconds". if your dvd-player doesn't have sync issues, you can change 3 secs to 0. this should solve your problem.

Thank you very very much.
I tried with a short clip (6 minutes) and everything works fine.
Thanks again.
