mpeg2 question

hi,

i have a digital satellite pc card, so i can tape tv shows as a mpeg2 file.
now i want to remove the commercial breaks but WITHOUT re-encoding.

how i can i do this?

with an mpg editor that supports mpg2
now i can think of m2-pro, from mediaware

mpc format is cool!
it allows to cut and paste videos without re-encoding
avi doesnt permit this.

for this,time ago,i suggeggested that someone could implement divx-mpg4 as mpg format video,
writing a new driver for mpg videos.
