I'm using the latest MPC-HC + built-in LAVFilters + madVR. When using nVidia graphics, I can use dx11native, DXVA2 native, DXVA2 copyback and the HDR metadata shows up properly in the madVR status (Ctrl+J).
When I use Intel graphics (on a different system) (Iris 655 Plus), the metadata seems to be lost when using DXVA native (madVR shows "Unknown properties"), however, it appears properly if I switch to DXVA copyback.
Is there a fix for this in LAVFilter and/or madVR? DXVA2 copyback uses significantly more CPU and causes the mini-PC's fan to spin loudly, so I'd like to avoid if possible.
It's not an issue with the file I'm using--it's a consistent behavior across all files I have used (and also mediainfo shows the HDR metadata is there).
