I'm using MPC-BE + LAV decoder + ffdshow processor + Cyberlink Dolby Headphone processor. AAC and MP3 files play correctly, but APE and FLAC files freeze when Dolby Pro Logic II is enabled in ffdshow. Disabling it immediately unfreezes the playback. I cannot see any difference between the specs of PCM 2.0 16-bit inputs for ffdshow when lossless vs. lossy files are played. Is there any rational explanation for this? Thanks so much!
