Subtitle problem

I have a movie "cruel intentions".
I want to copy using permanent dutch subtitles.
When i have the subtitle preview screen, i see dutch (also english..), but without a subtitle preview (can't change palette too). Other subtitles as hebrew, .. are correctly shown.

When dvd2svcd copies subtitles those are complete black bmp's.

What can I do ?

You need to click the "next" button untill that the desired subtitle preview was shown.
