There a guide for using DVD2SVCD w/ TMPEG?

I was wondering if there is a Guide for using the DVD2SVCD alpha, w/ TMPEG. I am sure it's not much different from using CCE, but I'd like to read up on it a little more. I hear the quality of a TMPEG 2 pass VBR is better than a 3 pass CCE. Anybody experienced enough w/ both programs to say which they think looks best, CCE or TMPEG. I personally am not to fond of having the CCE logo on the bottom. Its kind of distracting. Anyhow, I am gonna give TMPEG a shot. Please post any expert advice you may have have for a TMPEG rookie. Thanks a lot.

Nevermind folks. I found out if you "Purchase" CCE the logo is removed. The logo is only there if you are using the trial version of CCE. I have done some more reading and I think it is a privelege to be able to use CCE. I think I will stick w/ CCE 4 pass VBR. If there are any guides for using TMPEGenc I'd still like to know about them. In case I meet anyone who can't use CCE on their system.
