Is there a way to make dvd2svcd output to vcd, using CCE?

Is there a way to make dvd2svcd output to vcd, using CCE? I understand that svcd's are of higher quality, but I want vcd output. Any easy way?

Hi tonythemediaguy,

right now, there's no way to do this with D2S. Also, CCE is said to not produce really good VCDs where TMPGenc is said to do a good job. So you have to do it manually by following one of Doom9's great VCD-guides, I think. ;)
