Yes it DivxNetworks that has the auction.

I belong to the Divx mailing list and they sent me an email...basically asking for my bid:devil:

Hey... i don't get it! Are they just selling a PC ( with, er, autographs ) with the first copy of DivX 5 ? ... which is still free for use right ? Hmmmm....

At the bottom it says all profits are going to a non-profit orginization, some digital library. So don't be too hard on them.
