Why there is no 60FPS DECODER?

Hey. As we know, modern video files are not just a pictures, they contains vector information

Using mvtools/svp/uplavnyalka which work with pictures we can get 60 whatever fps

But what about 60fps codecs? What changes if codec process video in 60fps? It should be possible...

There is big problem with syncranization rate, films has 23.976fps or 24 whatever, display has 60fps, it's not possible to divide 60/24 without dots
As I know MadVR or reclock does something with it, but what? Makes video faster or wtf is this? Movies on PC looks laggy
Corporatoins dont allow set custom rate for displays and players cant change out of box refresh rate like 48hz

When I tried on my tv 'true cinema' ( i dont have this now) when there is 24hz out of box, it was laggy too

Codec and framerate are two different things. You can use a specific codec with anyframe rate. Either divx at 240 fps or av1 at 5 fps, you decide.

There reason why 60 fps is not widely used for movies is because of aesthetic, not technical matter. 60 fps movie looks very unnatural for real life content, but it's smoother in video games.

videos are static image the existence of motion vectors doesn't mean the image is vector far from it.

and why stuff like motion interpolation isn't default or done at decoding... not everyone is born blind.

Its more glitchy and needs more resources. Interpolation of source code of h264 video for example should give better results that do not so many operations and gives best result

Video interpolation analyze video before. It get raw image, then catch hand. Oh man, this is hand, there is 1st state, there is 2nd state of one object, I insert something inside 2 frame
Decoder interpolation could works with source. It do not need to analyze vectors, it works with them

An encoder may or may not use motion estimation to code a given block, therefore the set of vectors is likely not a complete set and is thus not usable for your idea.

And even if it has vectors, they may not reflect natural movement. Video codecs use motion vectors that result in the best compression result, not necessarily those that reflect natural movement of the objects in the scene.

Why is this not possible to use mvools2 algorithm of drawing frames in video, but using data from video? It should be possible, imho

SVP analyze motion, but why do you need analyze of vectors if technically you can use vectors on decoder side. Technically its more easy and should give less miskates artefacts

Anyway, its something very wrong with video. Bad levels - you cant change levels from video player and get very dark/bright image, no 'noise' - compressing video without restoration makes video unnatural. TIME BAD, you must always see it. No sync with display out of box, regular driver does not support it

These 'technologies' are awful and people dont care about it, coders wtf are they do.

It's rare to come across an utterly deluded person such as yourself. I have looked at your potplayer build and the disaster starts with the installer. It's partly Russian, partly English and your ridiculous vaping face not just stares at me during install but it's also on the desktop icon. WTF??

Its not for popularity, its just discussion. If even me could fix some bugs of video, what corporations/coders do? Its possible to use shaders for debanding, add noise for tasty and it could be available for any people and player, but I dont see this
