View Full Version : Recommended dirty-border AVS+ plugin?

Hi. I wonder, which is the recommended dirty-border AVS+ script/plugin?
Also, I want the plugin to fix pixels at the border that are in a totally different color with more inner pixels. I want this because sometimes I don't want to crop the borders too much, because I want a good MOD-number.
The script I use for this now is BBMod.avsi, and it does this, but it seems to slightly change pixels the middle of the image too, which is not good.

Forteen88, give EdgeFixer (http://avisynth.nl/index.php/EdgeFixer) a try.

Or BorderControl (http://avisynth.nl/index.php/BorderControl).Thanks, but I only have AviSynth+ 64-bit installed, and I noticed that the BorderControl at that link don't have a 64-bit version.

It took near 4 minutes to make project, edit code and compile - https://mega.nz/#!b4EVUAxa!MFiQ4pGA5NOVBSIp3Yf9-XbCyhsX5zADmcShyFzCtbA

I didn't compile it because I've heard that some sources are difficult to compile, because of dependencies etc. and I didn't knew that you can just straight-compile to x64 (but maybe only some sources don't let you choose to compile to either x86 or x64).
UPDATE: Just a warning to people that wants to use BorderControl's YTS-similar-parameter! This build of BorderControl with the (YTS=1)-parameter incorrectly sets a green pixel (or is that transparency?) at the bottom of the image, but maybe it's because I use AviSynth+ x64 and not the old AviSynth x86 version?
http://avisynth.nl/index.php/BorderControl says that BorderControl(YTS=1) should "Put a solid black border at the bottom".
Personally, I only use the smear-parameter, so it don't affect me!
UPDATE2: Never mind, it wasn't a no-dependencies compile!

Fortunately there is no inline asm code. I just had to set include dir with avs+ headers and change entry point to AvisynthPluginInit3, not much effort.
