avi 2 cd-r as vcd ?

hi guys is there any new programs out there too download that can convert avi files downloaded off the net into vcd format that i can then write to cd-r,s
An all in one program would be nice !

you can always try dvd2svcd. It has an option to make avi-to-svcd conversion.Though it's not vcd.
But svcd has a better quality, so why not???
