How to create Avisynth Profile (.xml) outside of app

I'm trying to manually create .xml file of Avisynth Profile but when i close and re-open the megui, It reject and delete my file,In this path C:\Users\mypc\Programs\MeGui\allprofiles\AviSynth\

Is there anyway to do that?
