after installing the audiofilters that i downloaded here, i can no longer use my windows media player any more. I was using MW player 8 back then. Every time when i try to open it, it said "wmplayer.exe cause a error and will be closed by windows now."
I tried to reinstall wm player, and even tried to install different version of wmplayer, but the situation hasn't changed a bit. I am running win2k pro. but the same situation happens to win98 too!!!

Does any one have an idea and know how to fix it??? many many thanks

or, how can i uninstall the filter.

by the way, i think it has something to do with register...

Why don't you try using WMP 6.4 ???/
It is known to work better....
And do not crosspost, please...

Just look for it in the ProgramFiles/WindowsMediaPlayer directory (i'm guessing here since I have other names of the directories - in my own language). It's called mplayer2.exe
You can always perform search.
I use XP and it's there so it should be in 2000 as well..
