I was resize this video from 1920x1080 to 1280x720 with spline36resize and met this error

The big problem I see is the size error, you want 1280x720 and your image is 1366x768.
This is your image resized to 1280x720 with spline36:

What is the error now?

It's low quality scaling and chroma upsampling (and converting to RGB for display) from your player . Try madvr

Like poisondeathray say is a player problem not related with spline36resize.

oh thank, i was fixed with change Hardware Decoder to use from DXVA2 (native) to DXVA2 (copy-back) in K-lite codec pack
