MPC-HC/BE w/madVR & LAV no 3D

Hello, pertinent specs:

LG OLED 65E6P

Nvidia 390.65 drivers

Nvidia 3D wizard & PowerDVD work fine and switch /unswitch 3D automatically

Tried most recent versions of madvr and MPC-BE and MPC-HC

Checked DISPLAY to make sure 3D on 3D is enabled in that little control/settings MADVR toggle thingie

I hate PowerDVD due to bloat & unprogrammable remote commands and want to go back to MPC-BE

I'm not sure what obscure setting may be somewhere for me to check. I do see a little program that activates a debug window. Can someone help me look into why I can't get this to work? It did work... but it's been months and I'm honestly not sure what changed.:(

Duh on my part.

Play 3D .ISO's.

They work just great in PowerDVD but to save my life they just play in 2D on MPC-BE or MPC-HC w/MadVR & LAV. They did play in 3D until the first quarter of this year. I've fiddled for so long that I honestly don't remember what changed other than Windows updates.
