Is it white glow/smoke effect? Is there a way to remove it?

I'm working in avspmod. Tried awsharp but it's damaging and the output looks like cartoon. What solution i can use?

If that is the artistic intent, why would you want to mess with it? Also, a video sample is always helpful.

I do think the Original Music Video had this "dreamy effect" if remember correctly, so yes, artistic intent..
