Planet of the Apes going green

Hi,

I am having trouble with planet of the apes.
It seems to decrypt OK, using DVD Decrypter 2.4, the .mpv plays OK on the PC.

However when I convert to SVCD Mpeg2 files using FlaskMPEG XiS 0.3 the last section of the video turns to a blank green screen, after about 1 hour 37 mins.

Flask has the premiere videoserver plugin from videotools.net v0.93 set to run YUY2

I am using CCE 2.5

Any suggestions
