Curious if it is possible for avisynth to do anything like this:
Take a frame or short clip from one video, and search for it's location in another video. While the 2 videos contain the same general footage, they may differ greatly in quality, resolution, cropping, and so on.
I have hundreds of clips that I am trying to locate within tens of hours of footage, so some semi-automated method would be much simpler than manually searching through all of the footage for every single clip.
If not avisynth, perhaps it might be possible using ffmpeg or some other tool?
