DVD authoring program

I need a DVD authoring program that can do this:

-Motion menu
-2 languages
-1 subtitle
-Operating system:Windows 98

Any ideas or recomendation?

I don't think Reel DVD works on Windows 98.
Can you tell me the Website of "Impression DVD-Pro" so I can download a trial version or comunicate with some representative, so he can give more information ?

You are right. ReelDVD works on WinNT 4 service pack 5 and Win 2000 not W98.

Note about Impression,

Current version will be the LAST one to work on NT4.
Next version that is now in Beta will not run on NT4 but will run on XP.
